Cancellations
You may cancel an order for a full refund of our service fee before we have submitted your documents to any government office, embassy, or consulate, and before government fees have been paid on your behalf.
After Submission
Once documents have been submitted and government or consular fees paid, those government/consular fees are non-refundable, as they are collected by the issuing authority and not by us. Our service fee may be partially refundable depending on the work already completed.
Rejections
If an authority rejects a document due to our processing error, we will re-process it at no additional service charge. Rejections caused by ineligible documents, inaccurate information, or destination-specific requirements outside our advice are not eligible for refund.
How to Request
Email info@academicrecordapostille.org with your order reference. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
