Last updated: June 14, 2026

Academic Record Apostille (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it. This is a general template — have it reviewed by a qualified attorney before relying on it.

Information We Collect

How We Use It

To review, process, and return your apostille order; to communicate with you; to comply with legal obligations; and to improve our services.

How We Protect Documents

Your documents are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a restricted, access-controlled location. We retain documents only as long as necessary to complete your order and meet legal requirements, then securely delete them.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to perform the service — for example, with the relevant Secretary of State, the U.S. Department of State, notaries, translators, embassies/consulates, shipping carriers, and our payment processor. We do not sell your personal information.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at info@academicrecordapostille.org. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA.
