Our Services
We facilitate the apostille, authentication, legalization, verification, and translation of academic documents. We are an independent private service and are not a government agency.
Fees & Payment
Service fees are charged per document as stated at checkout, in addition to government and consular fees set by the issuing authorities. Government and consular fees are non-refundable once submitted.
Turnaround Times
Processing times are estimates and depend on the issuing authority, document type, destination, and shipping. We are not responsible for delays caused by government offices, embassies, carriers, or incomplete or ineligible documents.
No Guarantee of Acceptance
We ensure documents are correctly authenticated to official standards. We cannot guarantee acceptance by any third party, as final acceptance is determined by the receiving institution, employer, or authority.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing genuine, eligible documents and accurate information, and for confirming your destination’s specific requirements where we advise you to.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the service fees you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law
